We have been blessed with our family coming to visit for Christmas!!! I can not think of anything that would make me more pleased then to be surrounded by family. A good question would be put forth Q: Why would you move away from your family? A: I just fell in love with a man from way out West!
However, I think we are so lucky in the fact that we take the time to go visit each other.
My Aunt and Uncle came in on Christmas eve, and my Mom and Dad got here on Christmas day. Garrett was in hog heaven right along with me. My husband is not always the most social of creatures, but he held up well. The fact that we all got to stay out at the cabins did not hurt anything that is for sure!
The first group went home the day after Christmas, but my mom stayed until Sunday. We had such a wonderful couple of days. I love seeing my son and my mother interact, it just warms my heart.
On this day Mom had to go home, I was able to get a few shot in as she was leaving.
