It has now offically been one year since that night. I am so greatful to be able to say that our little family is still together. I thank God daily for his gift of my husband. Now if we could find a way to keep him progressing, and stop some of the pain, I could feel a bit easier about the whole thing. I can honestly say it has been one heck of a year. They say (I am not sure who they are, but) "That which does not kill us makes us stronger". I keep holding on to that...
On a lighter note, a friend has been so kind as to loan me the use of an incredible lens the Nikor 70-200.
I just stepped outside, and could not find much to shoot (it is all brown out today). But managed to find this...
I love the outside of the Lodge. Each time I drive up, I get such a feeling of belonging. It is always good for me to come home. I have a little thing for benches and bird houses right now.
Have a Stellar Day,
L.
